Headquartered in Italy, Evoca Group have 8 global brands operating in over 100 countries, including Gaggia. Gaggia UK were set on building awareness of their Professional and Automatic ranges whilst also driving B2B leads. Therefore, Evoca Group put their trust in our coffee-fuelled team to help elevate their digital marketing.

Solution

Phase 1 We elevated Gaggia’s UK presence with a digital strategy across paid search and social, persona development, and a bespoke microsite featuring a gamified quiz and CRM integration. In phase two, we focused on B2B lead generation via distributors, using test-and-learn across paid platforms and brand-led email nurturing to drive both acquisition and engagement.

Result

The result was a +62% increase in leads, a +15% uplift in website click-through rates, and a +69.96% growth in the email audience. These outcomes were driven by a data-led digital strategy, optimised paid media activity, and a tailored email nurture approach—proving the power of combining performance marketing with brand storytelling.

Sanctuary Care is a trusted care home provider in the UK, operating over 100 homes across England and Scotland. Recognising the downward trend in care worker employment, Sanctuary Care approached us to develop a recruitment campaign that would not only stand out but also inspire a new generation to consider care as a rewarding long-term career.

To boost lead generation, Lunar developed a data-led ABM strategy, using audience insights to create three content pillars. We activated a multi-channel approach across paid social (with a focus on LinkedIn), paid search, and CRM automation.
